• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• KYC verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure.

The jl47 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR. jl47 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jl47 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, jl47 will take immediate steps to close the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required. If you believe that a minor has registered on the jl47 platform, please contact our support team immediately.
